Important Dates & Deadlines
May 4th , 2015: Deadline for YTF applications.
June 19nd, 2015: Letters of acceptance and detailed course information will be sent to all accepted participants by e-mail.
July 13th, 2015: Deadline for any last minute changes and last cancellation date to obtain a refund.
Language The official course language is English.
Registration Fees The registration fees is 550€ for students and post-docs. The registration fees include the attendance at the course, book/CD of abstracts, lunches, accommodation (5 nights, in shared rooms), welcome reception, dinners and farewell party. No payments can be made before notification of acceptance has been received from the organizers. Institute and academic research fellows willing a single occupancy accommodation should contact the course organizers.
Selection Procedure The number of participants is strictly limited to ensure an efficient interaction between participants and lecturers. We will accept a maximum of 125 participants (Academic and Institute research fellows and seniors, Ph.D. students, and post-docs). Participants will be primarily selected on the basis of submitted abstracts and short CVs.
